What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? +
- Bathtubs: 10 pieces per container
- Basins: 40 pieces per container
- Pedestal sinks: 10 pieces per container
- Mixed containers: available with curated combinations
- Custom MOQ: negotiable for high-volume long-term partnerships
Which Incoterms do you offer? +
We offer four standard Incoterms:
- FOB (Free On Board) — most economical, you handle shipping from Indonesian port
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) — we ship to your destination port
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we handle everything including customs clearance
- EXW (Ex Works) — pick up from factory in Indonesia
What are the payment terms? +
Standard payment terms for wholesale orders:
- 50% TT (telegraphic transfer) at order confirmation
- 50% TT upon Bill of Lading issuance
- Letter of Credit (L/C) accepted for orders over USD 100,000
- All payments processed in USD or EUR through international banking
What is the total lead time from order to delivery? +
Total timeline depends on volume, customization and destination:
- Production: 45-90 days
- USA East Coast: ~30 days shipping
- Europe: ~25 days shipping
- UAE / Middle East: ~20 days shipping
- Total: 3-6 months from first contact to delivery
Can I receive samples before placing a full order? +
High-resolution photos and 360° videos of actual pieces are provided free of charge. Every piece is photographed individually before shipping — no surprises at destination.
For physical samples of smaller pieces (basins, decorative items), we ship via international courier with a fee of USD 200-500, which is fully refunded upon a confirmed container order.
Do you provide all export documentation? +
Yes. Our export team handles all paperwork required for international shipping and customs clearance:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List (with weights, dimensions and piece-by-piece detail)
- Certificate of Origin (Indonesian COO)
- Bill of Lading (BL)
- Phytosanitary certificate (when required)
- HS Codes provided for customs classification at destination
Can products be customized for our brand or project? +
Yes, with limitations inherent to natural stone:
- Dimensions: yes, within technical limits of the stone blocks available
- Finishes: yes (polished, raw, hammered, brushed)
- Engraving / Branding: possible on most pieces (logos, project codes)
- Color customization: limited — stone is a natural material with inherent variations
- Custom shapes: subject to artisan capability and minimum quantities

Yes. We offer multiple ways to evaluate our products:
